A lovely pair of antique French confiture pots, each made by a celebrated French faience manufacturer and beautifully aged with time. The staining on your pots reflects decades of kitchen use, repeated handling, food residues, and age-related discoloration.

The deeper brown pot is by Creil et Montereau, while the lighter, softly mottled pot is by Gien. Both have wonderful tonal variation, worn glaze, and the kind of honest patina that makes antique French pottery so special.

Originally used for preserving and storing jams and fruit preserves, these charming vessels are equally beautiful today styled on a kitchen shelf, filled with flowers, or simply displayed as collected pieces of French pottery.

Sold individually — choose Creil et Montereau, Gien, or collect the pair.

Dimensions:  Creil et Montereau 4 in x 3 in, Gien 4.5 in x 3.5 in

Antique condition with expected wear, staining, glaze variation, and imperfections consistent with age and use. Please see photos for details.
