Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. Our shipping rates are designed to provide a simple and predictable cost at checkout while helping cover the expense of safely packing and shipping your order.

If the actual shipping cost of your order is considerably less than the shipping amount paid at checkout, we will refund the difference. Our goal is to ensure that you are not overcharged for shipping.

As many of our products are vintage and antique pieces, each item is unique and may vary in size, weight, and fragility. We take care to package every order securely and appropriately for transit.

Knots & Pots Homewares is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. Please retain all original packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
